Attorney Greg Tuite
Greg Tuite was born in Rockford, Illinois, in 1955. He received his B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1976, and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1980. In 1980 he was admitted to practice in Illinois. Recipient, American Jurisprudence Award in Torts. He is a member of the Winnebago County, Illinois State (ISBA), and American Bar Associations, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA), the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). He practices law in the areas of workers' compensation and social security disability. Mr. Tuite is a frequent lecturer on workers' compensation and social security disability law for various labor, business, and educational organizations. He serves on the board of The Literacy Council and is a former member of the Winnebago County Crime & Public Safety Commission. He has served as a Rockford Township Trustee since 2001. He also assists the Boylan High School Mock Trial team as a lawyer advisor.

Gregory Szul is an associate in the firm of Greg Tuite & Associates where he specializes in plaintiff's personal injury litigation at both the state and federal levels. A graduate of Northwestern University, he received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law. He was previously an associate at Parad Law Offices, P.C. in Skokie, Illinois where he practiced personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, and appellate practice. Attorney Gwyn Gulley
Ms. Gulley is a lifelong resident of Rockford and graduate of Guilford High School. She attended Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois where she earned a B.S. Degree in Political Science in 1986. She then went on to earn a law degree in 1991 from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston Texas, where she was a member of Law Review.
After graduating, Gwyn returned to Rockford and worked in private practice for several Rockford law firms. Her practice areas have included civil litigation, commercial litigation, workers' compensation, real estate, probate and estate planning. She has also served as an Assistant Public Defender. She was admitted to the U.S. District Court Trial Bar in 1998. Gwyn is a member of the Winnebago County and Illinois State Bar Associations.
Besides practicing law for the past 15 years, Gwyn has been active in the Rockford community serving on numerous boards and volunteering for community organizations. She is currently a Commissioner and Vice Chairman of the Chicago/Rockford International Airport Authority, Rockford Area Chamber of Commerce board member, Advisory Board member of OSF St. Anthony’s Hospital and Rockford Association for Minority Management (RAMM). She has formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Winnebago County Bar Association and Junior League of Rockford as well as numerous other organizations. Gwyn is a member of New Zion Missionary Church. Her hobbies include cooking, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
